Mixed in with all the high-tech interactive exhibits are informative videos, multimedia stations and old-school displays featuring centuries' worth of economic artifacts—from shells once used as money to bank notes made from tree bark—together with their history and lore.

Housed in a totally renovated building in downtown Ottawa that re-opened in 2017, the Bank of Canada Museum is fun for people of all ages—and admission is always free!
