For early registrants, expect a delightful delivery directly to your hotel, ensuring a warm welcome upon your arrival. If you register after your arrival, fret not! Your VIP package will be eagerly awaiting you at our Tour Operator's office, ready to be raffled amongst your employees. 

Ottawa Tourism is thrilled to purchase attractions, or hotels (valued up to $35) on behalf of the operator for each qualifying room night booked that will be applied to your next group in Ottawa. Our aim is to enhance your group's experience while supporting and promoting local businesses.

Step 1: Register Your Tour 

Visit our website (link below) to register your upcoming tour to Ottawa. Accept the Terms and Conditions to proceed. 

Step 2: VIP Surprise Box 

Upon registration (at least two weeks in advance), you'll receive a confirmation email. As a VIP guest, our Visitor's Inspiration Package (surprise box with gratitude gifts) will be waiting for you at your hotel. Late registrations will receive the VIP Surprise Box at your office so you can raffle our gifts between your staff. 

Step 3: Earn an Incentive 

In your confirmation email, you'll find instructions on how to apply for our exclusive Incentive program. Simply send an email to traveltrade@ottawatourism.ca with proof of your stay (complete accommodation invoice) and proof of attraction per night (invoice from an attraction). Please note that eligible accommodations and attractions apply. 

Step 4: Confirmation and Payment 

Once your documents are received, you'll receive a confirmation email with the amount you've earned. Ottawa Tourism will pay this amount on your behalf to the participating attraction or accommodation of your choice for your next tour in Ottawa. 

Step 5: Personalize Your Experience 

Tell us how you'd like to use your Incentive for your following tour. Once confirmed, you'll receive proof of payment for the chosen attraction or accommodation.
