Nordik Spa-Nature is the ultimate indoor-outdoor relaxation experience and North America's largest spa, located just 10-minutes north of downtown Ottawa in Chelsea, Quebec, near Gatineau Park.

The indoor-outdoor Scandinavian-style oasis— which focuses on the benefits of thermotherapy—offers hot and cold pools, different types of saunas as well as relaxation areas. Traditional spa treatment and unique experiences such as Källa (the only salt-water floating pool in America) or Banyä (a festive experience inspired by a Russian tradition) are also offered.

The Nordik Spa-Nature is entirely reopened with new services and safety measures to propose a safe and improved spa experience.

‘’It can’t be said enough – your health and the health of our employees is our number one priority” says Marianne Trotier, Public and Press Director, Groupe Nordik. “We have created a working group specifically dedicated to responding to COVID-19 and to implementing the recommendations of the public health authorities. We’re also collaborating with the spa industry associations to produce the highest safety standards worldwide.

We’ve thoroughly examined each aspect of the spa experience – from the time you make your reservation to the time you leave the spa – and made the necessary adjustments to ensure your safety. We’re implementing a contactless experience as much as possible, significantly reducing capacity to ensure physical distancing, our employees and guests have to wear masks in every indoor facilities we have on site. Saunas, have the same protocol we find in restaurants. That is to say, to wear the mask to enter the sauna, and once comfortably seated at a distance of 2 m from the other, it is allowed to remove it and relax! We aim for Nordik to be a place to indulge despite all the measures in place for everyone’s satisfy!’’

Open year-round, Nordik Spa-Nature has several dining options on site as well as overnight accommodations. Lodge Alpina is a beautiful meeting room for 10 people, adjacent to the chalet perched in the mountains, and offers a breathtaking view of the Outaouais hills and the Capital. It's like having a meeting at home, with all the amenities of a meeting room; big screen and projector, boards, internet but most of all an ambiance that can only stimulate creativity.
