Rugby Canada provided over 600 free tickets to school children, inspiring youth to participate in the sport. Local Indigenous youth were invited to TD Place for on-field drills and club engagement. Community coaches led a practice and cultural exchange with the Algonquins of Pikwàkanagàn First Nation, connecting children with their local sports community.

Summer Tests 2024 | Rugby Canada
2024 Volleyball Nations League Ottawa | Volleyball Canada
Over 3,500 Ottawa-area students attended a daytime match as part of a school day program, gaining exposure to high-level volleyball. The initiative introduced youth to the sport and fostered long-term engagement with volleyball in the local community.
2025 Ontario Volleyball Championships | Ontario Volleyball
The Championships encouraged local engagement through volunteer opportunities, raising over $15,000 for the Ottawa Mavericks Volleyball Club and paying $13,000 to local event staff. Community impact included raising $9,000 for 180 snowsuits for children in need through a Smile Cookies campaign.

Canadian Boccia Championships | Boccia Canada
Boccia Canada donated sets of boccia balls to the Carleton Junior Ravens Boccia Program and the Ottawa Jacks Boccia Club. This ensured continued access to the sport for local athletes and strengthened local development in boccia.
2025 IIHF World Junior Championship | Hockey Canada
By collaborating with community partners, À la Carte — Ottawa Tourism’s food recovery program in partnership with La Tablée des Chefs — redirected 18,765 servings of surplus food to those in need. The initiative helped reduce waste while supporting Ottawa’s most vulnerable populations.
Commissionaires Ottawa Open | PGA Tour Americas
$100,000 was donated to Soldier On, a program supporting ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members and veterans. Funds contribute to recovery through sport, recreation, and creative activities. This donation leaves a lasting legacy for CAF members in Ottawa.
2025 PWHL Draft | Professional Women’s Hockey League
Over 100 teenage girls had the opportunity to attend a free leadership event, gaining behind-the-scenes insight into the draft and mentorship from current PWHL players. Intact contributed $20,000 to the Capital City Condors, an adaptive hockey organization. These efforts support youth leadership and adaptive sports in Ottawa.
Pacific Four Series 2023 | World Rugby
3,000 rugby balls were distributed to 161 Ottawa schools. This initiative promotes youth participation and skill development in rugby, encouraging ongoing engagement with the sport.
