Ottawa through the eyes of Taylor Burk

On his popular Instagram channel, photographer Taylor Burk aims to share meaningful, unique and innovative images that ignite a passion in the viewer to gain a better understanding of our natural world. Born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta, and now residing on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Taylor prefers a loose itinerary which leads to unexpected moments and lasting memories. Taylor loves the unique perspective he gets when riding in a biplane over Ottawa, the feeling of paddling on the region’s waterways and capturing Parliament Hill and museums in a new light. Taylor shares that Ottawa’s Mooshu Ice Cream is “one of the best ice creams I’ve had”.
