For event organizers, Carleton University provides ample opportunities to engage volunteers, ensuring well-staffed and successful events. The university is not just an academic campus, but a hub celebrated for its rich athletic tradition and community involvement in sports.

The EY Centre is a vast and versatile 220,000 square foot facility designed to host large-scale events, including dynamic sports competitions and tournaments. This venue features four contiguous, state-of-the-art exhibit halls, offering flexibility to configure multiple courts, fields or dedicated zones for various sports simultaneously. 

Beyond the primary competition areas, the EY Centre provides well-equipped meeting rooms.

The University of Ottawa, a centrally located hub, is ideal for sports events. Boasting a community of 40,000 students, the university is strategically positioned near various external sport venues and a wide array of hotels, ensuring convenience for athletes and spectators alike. 

The University of Ottawa is unique due to its robust academic focus on sports medicine and athletic therapy, providing an environment for athletic development and support.

TD Place at Lansdowne Park is a premier sports and entertainment destination managed by the Ottawa Sports and Entertainment Group (OSEG). This versatile venue is home to several key facilities, including TD Place Arena and TD Place Stadium, as well as the Aberdeen Pavilion, offering versatile spaces for a wide array of events. TD Place is home to the Ottawa Charge (PWHL Hockey), Ottawa REDBLACKS (CFL Football), the Ottawa 67’s (OHL Hockey), the Ottawa BlackJacks (CEBL Basketball), Atletico Ottawa (CPL Soccer) and Ottawa Rapid FC (NSL Soccer). 

With OSEG's extensive expertise, TD Place has a proven track record, having produced and managed events within its dynamic grounds, making it a central hub for sports and entertainment in the region.

Rogers Centre Ottawa is a cutting-edge venue boasting 192,000 square feet of highly flexible event space. This expansive area can be configured to host a wide range of athletic competitions, exhibitions, or fan zones. Athletes and spectators will appreciate the outstanding views of downtown Ottawa, adding a unique backdrop to any event.

The Terry Fox Athletic Facility is an outdoor athletic destination designed for high-level competition and versatile events. The facility boasts an extensive track and field complex, featuring a lighted, international standard 400-metre polyurethane-surfaced eight-lane running track. Athletes can also utilize multiple throwing and jumping event areas, including high jump, long jump, javelin, shot put, hammer and discus. 

Beyond the track, the Terry Fox Athletic Facility offers three lit, premium-classed, grass sports fields, perfectly suited for a variety of sports and special events.

Hard Rock LIVE, while described primarily as an entertainment venue, is a versatile and technologically advanced space suitable for hosting dynamic spectator events. This cutting-edge, 23,000 square-foot flexible venue is designed for large-scale productions.

It offers flexible seating for up to 1,900 guests and has a maximum overall capacity of 2,200. The space is equipped with the latest in advanced audio-visual technology and technical capabilities to deliver world-class live entertainment, which could enhance the viewing experience for sporting competitions. Hard Rock LIVE is purpose-built to host everything from high-energy events to conventions and large productions, offering the versatility needed for various athletic formats.
