Ottawa Tourism Presents: Murdoch in Ottawa, an exciting contest where a lucky winner and guest will win an unforgettable and historic getaway to Ottawa from July 7 to 11, 2025. This prize includes round-trip flights to Ottawa, along with four nights of hotel accommodations. The winner and guest will explore the city and take part in the filming of a special Ottawa-based episode for Season 19 of CBC’s long-running hit series Murdoch Mysteries. The winner and guest will receive a VIP walk-on background role in an episode of Murdoch Mysteries, costumed in authentic 1911 wardrobe to fully immerse themselves in the world of the show. In addition to this rare behind-the-scenes opportunity, they will have the chance to enjoy lunch on set and meet the cast, offering a unique opportunity to interact with the stars of Murdoch Mysteries in a way few ever get the chance to.
To complete this once-in-a-lifetime trip, the prize includes two VIP tickets to Murdoch Mysteries in Concert with the NAC Orchestra. Hosted by the show’s star, Yannick Bisson, the concert will bring the music of the series to life, with award-winning composer Rob Carli conducting a symphonic score.
