  • Saturday, August 16 | The Pride Night Market returns for its third year, celebrating the creativity and vibrancy of Ottawa’s 2SLGBTQIA+ community. FREE!
  • Saturday, August 16 | Capital Pride and Ottawa Fringe join forces to present Queered Fringe Remount, a curated evening of queer theatre. Featuring standout performances from the 2025 Ottawa Fringe Festival, each show was selected by a local Queer Jury.

  • Fridays and Saturdays | Dance the night away at Club Aléa in the Casino du Lac-Leamy with its lineup of talented DJs!
  • Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evening |Don’t miss the new Metcalfe Plaza where weekend evenings come alive with energizing DJs, music and food vendors and daytime offers everything from pop-up shops to pilates. Produced by the Downtown BIA, Aire Commune and AMASHOWZA. FREE!
  • Ongoing | Join fellow sports fans and catch professional baseball games from the Ottawa Titans at RCGT Park.
  • Ongoing | Get lost in the fun at Summer Maze Days at Saunders Farm! Explore world-famous mazes, soar on the zipline, and enjoy great food and family fun all summer long.
  • Wednesdays and Saturdays | Enjoy pyromusical shows of international calibre, open flame culinary experiences, experiential paths, artistic creations and much more at Les Grands Feux du Casino Lac-Leamy. Held at the Canadian Museum of History.
  • Thursday, August 14 to Friday, August 15 | Enjoy decadent pastries, delightful desserts, and high tea on the veranda of the Laurier House National Historic Site.
  • Friday, August 15 | Experience Dief the Chief: October ’62, a captivating theatrical journey 75 feet underground at the Diefenbunker.
  • Starting Friday, August 15 | Don’t miss the Capital Fair featuring a demolition derby, a petting zoo, stunt dogs, and much more! Held at Rideau Carleton Raceway.
  • Until Saturday, August 16 | HAMILTON is the epic saga that follows the rise of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton as he fights for honor, love and a legacy that would shape the course of a nation. Presented at the National Arts Centre.
  • Saturday, August 16 | Celebrate the independence of El Salvador at the Salvadoran Festival of La Pupusa. Family-friendly.
  • Until Sunday, August 17 | The Masters Indigenous Games (MIG) offers Indigenous adults (20+) the chance to compete in various sports. Besides sports, MIG features a Cultural Village, open to the public, with Indigenous artists, performers, storytellers and vendors. Various locations including Lansdowne Park.
  • Until Sunday, August 17 | Ottawa Craft Beer Week is a celebration of local craft beer featuring breweries all across the city, each offering a variety of handcrafted beers, brewery tours, special events, and more. Various locations.
  • Until Sunday, August 17 | Don’t miss the Ottawa Greek Festival with live Greek music, traditional dances, excellent Greek cuisine, language lessons, and demonstrations of all sorts! FREE!
  • Starting Wednesday, August 20 | Reconnect with the classic rock songs of your youth at the five day Nostalgia Music Festival, featuring concerts by the best tribute bands on the planet. Held at Lebreton Flats Park.
