    Ottawa Tourism co-authored the whitepaper, "Ethics and Education: Essential requirements for successful use of AI by association event organisers" with The Hague & Partners Convention Bureau. 

    This research sought to gain a better understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its potential impact on the business events industry. The findings highlight that 63% of associations/not for profits are already using AI to organize their events, underscoring the critical industry need to invest in knowledge and address ethical requirements.
