Dominion City Brewing Co. was born out of a thirst for a beer that knew its neighbours. That is what Josh set forth to create when he conceived the micro-brewery. Community building and cross-collaboration is something that Josh pushes for, creating delicious brews with ice cream (with another of our Ottawa’s Own alums, Moo Shu!) and cool events like night brunch beer pairings with local restauranteurs. For Josh, Dominion City beer is brewed for his community and best enjoyed while in Ottawa.
