Noir à tue tête, Ottawa’s Afro-Folklore Festival presented by Black Out Loud, is a free, family-friendly event that celebrates Black culture through live performances, short films, art exhibitions, dance workshops, food tastings, raffles, and an intercultural market featuring diverse local businesses. More than a festival, it is a movement dedicated to amplifying the voices, stories, and creativity of Black communities, while fostering solidarity and community support.
