Join Canadian guitar legend Roddy Ellias and his protégé, Lucas Haneman, for an unforgettable evening of music. With a career spanning 60 years, Roddy Ellias has collaborated with prestigious artists and is celebrated as a major figure in both jazz and classical guitar. He has released nine acclaimed albums of original compositions, several of which have been ranked among Canada’s top ten jazz albums. His latest album, Moon Over Lake, was released in February 2024.
Lucas Haneman, a talented guitarist who cites Roddy as one of his greatest mentors, released his third solo album, I’m Just One Man, in December 2024. Over the past decade, Lucas has produced seven albums, including projects with LH Express.
This special performance will feature music from their individual repertoires, as well as a selection of covers that showcase their extraordinary talent and musical synergy.
