African Day on the Hill

African Day on the Hill celebrates the heritage, achievements, and contributions of African Canadians while fostering inclusion and cross-cultural understanding. Held at Excentricité on La Cité collégiale campus, this annual event welcomes over 500 attendees, including policymakers, community leaders, and the public, for cultural performances, educational workshops, and dialogues. African Day on the Hill promotes diversity by showcasing African Canadian culture, encourages civic engagement through dialogue with policymakers, empowers youth with leadership opportunities, and strengthens community connections in an inclusive space.
