At Coconut Lagoon, award winning chef Joe Thottungal and his team take a fresh approach to south Indian cuisine, fusing contemporary techniques with classic flavours and using local and sustainable ingredients. Adventurous diners can opt for a six-course chef’s tasting menu complete with wine pairings to complement the complex, heady spices of each dish.
With a range of different dining spaces, Coconut Lagoon welcomes group bookings to celebrate everything from corporate events to wedding receptions. The main dining room is available for exclusive hire for up to 55 guests, while private dining rooms provide seating for up to 16 guests for more intimate affairs.
