Starry Night Mindfulness Hike

Join Happiness Habits 613 for a free, one-hour starry night hike on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 7 p.m., powered by Patagonia Ottawa. Taking place at Fletcher Wildlife Garden (865 Prince of Wales Drive, just south of the Experimental Farm roundabout), this 2.5 km hike is a chance to explore a hidden natural gem in the city, connect with nature, and enjoy time with others. The event is open to all ages and fitness levels, with families encouraged to participate. Snow or shine, dress warmly, wear grippy shoes, and bring a headlamp, as they are mandatory.
