NOIR Art Festival is a four-day event for members of the Ottawa community to enjoy and engage with the arts community while discovering artworks and artists. In addition to showcasing fine art by professional artists, this annual exhibition includes live performances, a silent auction and art workshops for an inspiring program with something for everyone.
NOIR Art Festival is presented by Wall Candy, an artist-run operation that aims to offer meaningful opportunities for artists to exhibit, sell their work and engage with the community of art collectors and art aficionados in Ottawa.
