Follow The Mana Centre

Rent a bike, join a guided ride, or have your bicycle fixed at this sustainable business in Limoges, Ontario, just 35 minutes east of downtown Ottawa.

The Mana Centre is located in the Larose Forest, a man-made forest covering nearly 11,000 hectares (27,000 acres). The Centre is a social and eco-responsible enterprise that, in addition to the bike shop, runs sport and nature-based therapy programs including hiking, yoga, group bike rides and more, all with an eye on sustainability and protection of local biodiversity.

The Centre offers mountain bike and fat bike rentals for youth and adults, as well as snowshoe rentals in the winter months. You can also get bike tune-ups or repairs done, learn how to fix it yourself with their co-repair and maintenance programs, or purchase parts, gear, and apparel. For those who wish to participate in group rides but cannot afford to rent a bike, the Centre runs the Share Our Bikes program offering bike loans at no cost.
