Conference and Event Map
If your conference or event program includes multiple locations—such as host hotels, meeting facilities, off-site venues, or restaurants—our team can create a customized map to help delegates and attendees navigate between them with ease. We will provide an online map using Google My Maps, which can be integrated into your conference or event website, app, or other materials.

City Maps
Tear-off city maps are available for your registration or welcome desk. To be environmentally conscious, it is recommended not to include these maps in delegate bags, as only about one-third of delegates or attendees typically use paper materials. Additional copies can be sent to your venue throughout the event if needed. Help make a positive impact on the environment!
To request tear-off maps, fill out the Ottawa tear-off maps request form.
Digital versions of the city map are also available for posting on your conference or event website!
